Job Description

Responsible for the overall operation & administration of logistic.
Ensure all incoming & outgoing shipments are complete timely.
Lead a team of warehouse coordinators/ drivers to perform warehousing operations.
Ensure the smooth flow of all shipment and warehouse activities.
Coordinate with internal & external customers on all operations related requirements.
Manage re-location of warehouses.
Inbound- unloading goods, goods, DO details checking, receiving in system, stock allocation.
Outbound - goods picking, packing, checking, delivery arrangement, order fulfilment.
Stock count, cycle count.
Update the product inventory from time to time being.
Strong computer skills

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistic or equivalent
At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to work under pressure
Hardworking & able to work independently under tight schedules
Able to converse in Malay & English
Possess forklift license will have an added advantage
Experiences handling both warehouse team & customer service will be an added advantage
