CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To prepare quotation, proposal, sourcing for customer’s requirement as requested by the sales team
- To prepare PO (Purchase Order) to supplier, follow-up till the delivery of the goods to the customer
- Responsible to receiving goods and invoices from the supplier and ensure goods and invoices are in order and meet requirements
- Responsible to receive goods returned from customer and to initiate investigation process for the returned goods
- Responsible to liaise with suppliers on purchasing matters
- Responsible for store and inventory management to ensure all goods are properly accounted for in terms of storage, delivery, identification, preservation and traceability
- Provide prompt and efficient response to enquiries, feedbacks and complaints received from customers (and representatives) and external interested parties
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Administration or of any discipline or equivalent
- Preferably 1 -3 years working experiences in related fields
- Good communication, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong in Microsoft office especially in Excel and Words
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese spoken
- 4 Full-Time position(s) available
- Able to start within short period
